Support and preparation

We support job seekers from abroad for positions with employers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland so that they fit in, and we connect both parties. In this way, contract signing and powers of attorney are coordinated. We will then arrange for all the necessary documents to be sent to Germany. Our personnel placement is based both on the goals, requirements and wishes of each company and the interests of job seekers.

Applicants for a job provide us with the following      documents:

1. Cover letter and curriculum vitae with colored passport photo in     English and, if possible, in German.

2. Notarized copy of the employment certificate(s) from current and    previous employers.

3. Notarized copy of the nursing diploma.

4.

Notarized copy of the high school diploma (or equivalent        certificate.

Certificate of German language skills at level B2, if available,       otherwise applicants must attend the German course in        their home country after signing the employment contract.

Nursing staff from third countries seeking employment in Germany, Austria and Switzerland require state approval. As a recruiter, we take care of checking documents and having the qualifications acquired abroad recognized, acting as the applicant’s proxy. We coordinate the visa procedure by applying to the immigration authorities in the country of destination for prior approval by submitting the necessary documents. The pre-approval of the immigration office allows the consulate of the country of destination to quickly process and issue the entry visa in the applicant's country of origin.

Processing and tracking of work visas in the embassy of the          country of destination
 

3. Final orientation assistance before and after the interview.

Accommodation assistance in the host country (country of destination) and travel preparations in the country of origin.

Supervision of the nursing staff during their first months in the host country
